26th October 2026 – (Hong Kong) Two workers carrying out high‑level exterior maintenance at Jardine House on Connaught Road Central were left suspended when their gondola reportedly malfunctioned at about 6.16pm. Firefighters arrived promptly, accessed the rooftop to coordinate the rescue and the suspended cradle was subsequently brought down to ground level.
