29th August 2026 – (Hong Kong) The Housing Bureau has issued a final reminder to owners of Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po regarding the fast-approaching deadline to accept the Government’s acquisition proposal. Owners who wish to proceed must return their signed Letters of Acceptance by 5.00pm on Monday, 31st August, to confirm their intention to sell their property titles under the current offer. The Bureau has asked owners yet to respond to make use of the remaining time and ensure completion of the process.
Completed Letters of Acceptance can be delivered to the designated Engagement Team member, or submitted by post, by hand, or by courier to Wang Fuk Court Property Rights Acquisition Limited at the Housing Authority Headquarters, 1st Floor, Block 2, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon. Owners posting their documents should ensure that the envelope is postmarked no later than 31st August, as this will serve as the official submission date. Alternatively, owners may return documents in person by placing them in the drop-off box at the Housing Authority Headquarters by the same deadline.
As the deadline approaches, the Engagement Team is increasing contact with owners who have not yet indicated their intentions, offering guidance and support as needed. Continued communication will be provided to facilitate responses. Enquiries may be directed to designated Engagement Team members or by calling the hotline on 2129 8133. Further information, including details about the long-term housing arrangements plan for Wang Fuk Court, is available on the dedicated Housing Bureau website at www.hb.gov.hk/wfc.
