A sudden‑death case was reported in Sheung Shui after a 55‑year‑old man, identified by the surname Wong, collapsed while visiting a foot massage parlour on San Hong Street at around 11.00pm on 30th October. Staff alerted emergency services and the man was found unconscious before being taken to North District Hospital for resuscitation, where he was subsequently certified dead. Police said the cause of death will be confirmed following a post‑mortem examination. It is understood the deceased had a known medical history.
