28th July 2020 – (Hong Kong) A 32-year-old man who graduated with first-class honours from the Department of Computer Science was suspected of being beaten by his 7-year-long girlfriend. The woman used a hair dryer to burn his penis and resulted in blisters. The female defendant appeared in court today (28th) to defend herself. She fell in love with the male victim at first sight, and had sex with him, she claimed that the victim didn’t want to wear a condom, because “every time he wore it, his penis would turn flaccid fast”.
She also said that he has a special foot fetish. He loves to sniff women’s feet and often wanted to take off her shoes and soak her feet in water. She claimed that the victim has a problem of premature ejaculation, which makes her almost unsatisfied during sex. The 39-year-old defendant said in her own defence that she returned to Hong Kong after graduating from a Canadian university and worked as an insurance broker when the case occurred.
However, after the case was exposed, she was fired by the company and is now unemployed. At the beginning of April 2018, she met the victim through a meeting at a dating agency. She felt that the other party was ” gentle and so smart, and she felt in love at first sight”. At the end of the same month, they quickly developed into couples. During their trip to the mainland, the victim suggested watching pornographic videos and showed some clips of men and women licking their feet.
The defendant recalled that in May 2018, she had sexual intercourse with the defendant for the first time. The victim ejaculated inside her without wearing a condom. She was emotional and terrified because she had an accident in skiing in Canada in the early years. Her vertebral disc was injured. The doctor said that if she becomes pregnant in the future, she may have a miscarriage.
At that time, she warned the victim to do it again or she would break up with him. Although the victim would wear a condom during sexual intercourse, the defendant bluntly stated that the victim could not maintain an erection. Every time the victim wore a condom, his penis would become flaccid in a matter of minutes.
The defendant said that the victim had a strong self-esteem, he felt useless after each time his penis turned flaccid. She had to then reassure him. Whenever there is a situation, he will be frustrated (frustrated), so unhappy, and feel that she is so useless.” She then wanted to reassure her. The defendant claimed that she was in love with him and would not do anything to harm him. She said she did not know why he would allege that she assaulted her.
