14th September 2019 – (Hong Kong) Post-dated Medicate certificates were allegedly left behind by several pro-Beijing supporters who purportedly attacked pro-democracy protesters clad in black in Amoy Plaza, Kowloon Bay this afternoon.
The Medical certificates were dated 16th September and they were issued by Dr. Fan Kit Ling of University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital. It is unsure why Dr. Fan has issued the post-dated Medical Certificates detailing their ‘injuries’ in advance.
