14th October 2022 – (Hong Kong) Recently, a number of indecent clips have been leaked on social media showing a suspected female government executive officer (EO) of the Tai Po District Office engaging in suspected oral sex, nude selfies, taking shower and having sexual intercourse.
The police arrested a 29-year-old man suspected of distributing the clip on Monday (10th). It is reported that he is the executive officer of the Sai Kung District Office. He is reported to be in a relationship with the woman in the video. The intimate videos of the two were published online in malicious revenge after the man allegedly found out that the woman had another man. The arrested man has been released on bail pending investigation and must report to the police in early November. The Crimes (Amendment) Ordinance 2021 was officially gazetted on 8th October 2021. Voyeurism and the posting of intimate images derived from voyeurism or illegal photography are criminal offences.
