24th October 2026 – (Hong Kong) A 26‑year‑old man who reports working as a medical laboratory technologist appeared for the first time at Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Courts to face four charges of indecent conduct in a public place. The prosecution alleges that on 21st September, 30th September, 12th October and 15th October 2026, the defendant, named as Lui Chun‑ho, exposed his buttocks in the men’s public toilet at Lei Yue Mun Road Playground, visible to members of the public and without lawful authority or excuse. The defence requested an adjournment to obtain prosecution documents, which the magistrate granted, listing the case for mention on 7th December. A defence application for bail was refused and the defendant was remanded, though the court preserved his right to apply for a bail review within eight days. The court also approved a prosecution request for an anonymity order, directing that complainants be identified by codenames.
