30th May 2019 – (Hong Kong) Shap Long Irrigation Reservoir is located at Chi Ma Wan Peninsula on Lantau Island and is fed by unpolluted streams in the area. The site is within Lantau South Country Park. The reservoir is in a sheltered valley and fringed with mature woodland. Apart from a country trail, there is no development near the reservoir. Due to its remoteness, this reservoir is virtually free from human disturbance.
