3rd November 2026 – (Hong Kong) A man employed as a veterinary nurse, aged 35, appeared at Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts in connection with an alleged incident at the 24/7 Fitness changing room in Kowloon Centre on Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Prosecutors allege that on 24th March 2026 he indecently assaulted another man inside the men’s changing area.
The defendant, named in court as So Kai‑ho, had also faced a voyeurism count, which the prosecution withdrew today. The indecent assault charge remains active and the matter was adjourned to 12th January 2027 for further hearing. The court allowed the defendant to remain on bail of HK$1,000 pending the next mention.
