24th October 2026 – (Hong Kong) A Tesla travelling westbound on Tuen Mun Road near Hong Kong Chu Hai College was suspected to have gone out of control and crashed at about 4.35pm today. Emergency crews arrived swiftly and confirmed no one was trapped in the vehicle. The male driver and two female passengers reported neck, leg and chest pain and were taken to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
Images circulating online showed the car’s bonnet crumpled and airbags deployed as firefighters worked at the scene. Part of the carriageway was closed following the collision, with lanes gradually reopening and full clearance granted at around 5.30pm, after which traffic returned to normal.
