2nd May 2019 – (Hong Kong) The team behind 298 Nikuya and Porker has started a new yakitori venture called Birdie located on the 9th floor of H Code in Central.
If you are a fan of Yakitori dishes, you can expect to savour chicken parts and vegetables grilled to perfection at this new establishment. You can sit around a horse-shoe shaped bar while drinking sake and other cocktails to pair with their delicious skewers.
Their tender skewers come with a secret homemade plum sauce while others are dipped in special sauce to tantalise the tastebuds of the yakitori fans.
Apart from chicken, the restaurant also offers a selection of pork and Japanese beef.
