27th August 2021 – (Hong Kong) Oasis Bar & Grill, the recently revamped restaurant in TST which serves Western cuisine is huge in space. It is inspired by a modern nature-themed sanctuary and well decorated with bird-shaped lightings and bird cage design hanging chairs. The restaurant is divided into Day & Night sections. The other part of the restaurant is darker with a dimly lit bar to cater for more romantic dinners for couples.
New dishes include Spanish pork belly with watermelon sandwiches (HK$118) , charcoal grilled watermelon steak with herbs and roasted new potatoes, the dishes are exquisitely designed and thoughtfully designed, and they also provide diversified choices for vegetarians. “I am not Lasagna” (HK$98) uses eggplant and Italian cucumber instead of regular Bolognese sauce to create the same rich flavour.
In addition, diners should not miss out the restaurant’s signature dish i.e. Grilled Australian M5 Wagyu Oyster Blade ($398), the meat is tender. Diners should also try its Coriander Oyster Risotto with crispy bacon and cheese chips (HK$198).
There is also a seafood oyster platter (HK$398) and oyster platter (9 pieces) (HK$398) for seafood fans. Don’t miss out their Affogato Vanilla Ice Cream with Espresso (HK$78) as dessert. The bar also boasts a good selection of cocktails for diners to enjoy their evening.
