15th September 2020 – (Hong Kong) From now until 30th November, indulge in an array of seafood treasures at the SEAFOOD DELIGHTS DINNER BUFFET at THREE ON CANTON, GATEWAY HOTEL TST prepared across Asian, Western and European styles by their talented chefs. From light starters to creative mains, savour fresh seafood for a decadent dining experience.

Buffet guests can indulge in delicious chilled seafood and appetisers, including freshly shucked oysters from France, Brown Crab, Canadian Crab Legs, Rock Crab, Lobster, Mussels, Whelk and Prawns. A slicing showcase of whole fresh sashimi, weighing up to 6 kg, will be performed every night at 7.30pm. Other tempting appetisers include Prawn GazpachoSpicy Korean Seafood Salad and Thai Styled Seafood Salad, etc.

Indulge your cravings with a selection of savoury mains, including Baked Oysters (Rockefeller, Kilpatrick and Mornay), Hawaiian Garlic Lobster ClawSalmon WellingtonSeafood Bouillabaisse,Seafood Paella and Golden Fried Soft Crab with Salty Egg, to name a few. The must-try food is their Seafood Bouillabaisse, with an array of seafood Crabs, Shrimps, Mussels, Crayfish and others prepared for this delicious soup.

In addition, guests can enjoy Three on Canton’s classic buffet favourites, including Japanese sashimi, sushi and soba, live cooking noodles, as well as authentic Indian curries and regional Chinese dishes such as Peking Duck.
