7th October 2020 – (Hong Kong) Stepping into Autumn, the highly anticipated crab season, Alva House delights guests with sumptuous Crabalicious Dinner Buffet. Guests can savour more than 20 special crab delicacies with various crab species from around the world in one go. From now till 30th November 2020, dinner buffet will be available between 6pm to 9.30pm daily, priced at HK$638 per adult from Sunday to Thursday, and HK$698 per adult from Friday to Saturday and public holiday, subject to 10% service charge.
The Autumn feast begins with a series of mouth-watering crab appetisers, including succulent French Edible Crab and Snow Crab Leg on ice, Avocado Soft Shell Crab Sushi Roll, Salmon Crab Meat Sushi Roll and more. Meanwhile, Fresh Crab Winter Melon Soup and Crab Meat Chowder are ideal heart-warming choices to combat with seasonal changes.
International crab-themed main courses are showcased on the 270-foot buffet line to satisfy every palate. Guests can sample an outstanding array of Western gourmet selections, such as Stuffed Crab Shell Au Gratin loaded with cheese, creamy Crab Meat Risotto and flavourful Crab Linguine with Crab Paste and Crab Meat.
For guests who favour Chinese cuisine, fresh and fluffy Sea Crab Congee, Steamed Three-spotted Crab, zesty Stir-fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion and luscious Crab Roe and Pork Xiao Long Bao are perfect indulgences not to be missed. Besides, Steamed Egg with Crab Meat and Huadiao Wine beautifully combines the sweetness of crab meat with the mellow aroma of Huadiao wine, enhancing the richness of the silky steamed egg.
From fragrant and spicy Thai-style Crab Curry, crunchy Deep-fried Crab Claw, Soft Shell Crab Tempura, to Crab Meat and Mentaiko Fried Rice from the open kitchen, assorted Southeast Asian inspirations are also irresistible highlights in the buffet.
Moreover, freshly shucked oyster, fresh sashimi, butcher’s roast corner, Japanese robatayaki, and teppanyaki are unlimitedly served during the dining extravaganza.
