23rd September 2023 – (Hong Kong) Tiffany Chen Ming-Yin, is a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. As a 64-year-old powerhouse, she is well-known for her active presence on social media platforms, where she frequently shares glimpses of her luxurious lifestyle. In recent years, Xiang Tai has ventured into the world of live-streaming commerce, setting up a lavish broadcasting studio that captivates her audience.
Recently, Chen’s assistant made a special trip from mainland China to Hong Kong for a meeting at her extravagant residence in Kowloon Tong. During this visit, a video was filmed, giving the public an exclusive look into the opulent interior of her mansion. Situated on a five-storey building, the house exudes grandeur and elegance.
In the video footage, the living room seamlessly connects to the dining area. The dining room features a large round table capable of accommodating at least ten people. The living room, adorned with a beige L-shaped sofa and several single sofas, benefits from ample natural light streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a sense of spaciousness. The house is adorned with an extensive collection of art, including valuable jade, crystals, and porcelain. Additionally, a dedicated DVD room houses an impressive collection of films. The outdoor courtyard has also been meticulously designed, featuring an array of flowers, plants, and towering trees. One particularly striking feature is the nearly 10-meter-long swimming pool, creating a serene and comfortable environment.
This is not the first time Chen has unveiled her luxurious residence to the public. In a previous video, she revealed that her husband, Charles Heung, had always dreamed of owning a grand mansion in Kowloon Tong. Chen shared, “My husband once told me that he wanted to live in Kowloon Tong. So, after decades of hard work, I secretly purchased a piece of land and secretly built this house to fulfil his dream.” She also showcased her walk-in closet, which was adorned with an impressive collection of Hermès handbags, including limited editions that would astonish anyone with their sheer quantity. The mansion also boasts a private wine cellar, stocked with a variety of exquisite spirits for entertaining guests. The kitchen, predominantly designed in white, is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
Apart from being one of the most successful film producers in Hong Kong, Heung is also one of the most controversial due to his family’s triad background.
