9th November 2023 – (Hong Kong) West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) is set to captivate visitors with its vibrant energy during the first-ever WestK Nightscapes. Taking place on three consecutive Fridays to Sundays in November 2023, this exciting event invites guests to immerse themselves in live music performances, indulge in delicious street food, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city’s skyline. Families and even furry friends are welcome to join in the festivities and bask in the refreshing autumn breeze.
Coinciding with the second anniversary of M+, a prominent museum in the district, a special celebration will take place on Sunday, 12 November 2023. As a gesture of gratitude for the public’s support, M+ will offer free access to all General Admission exhibitions and public programs on that day. Visitors are encouraged to explore the museum before joining the WestK Nightscapes activities.

- Saturday, 11th November 2023: 4pm to 10pm
- Sunday, 12th November 2023: 4pm to 10pm
Food enthusiasts will be delighted to find an array of delectable options at three locations within the Art Park: Artist Square, Harbourside Lawn – East, and Harbourside Deck. These spots will feature a diverse selection of classic and modern street food from around the world. Additionally, FAM (Unit No. 1-3, G/F, Art Park) and Lau Bak Livehouse (G/F, Freespace, Art Park) will offer special food and beverage counters outside their restaurants, including craft beers and other liquor. Visitors can also enjoy a draught beer booth at Jin Ya Ju Noodle Bar (LG, Hong Kong Palace Museum). It’s worth noting that M+ and HKPM ticketholders can avail themselves of discount offers at various restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and shops within the District. In addition to the exciting WestK Nightscapes, Freespace Weekly Gigs will take place at Lau Bak Livehouse on Friday and Saturday, 10th and 11th November 2023. On 10th November, esteemed bass guitarist Vinc Chan, who studied at the renowned Los Angeles Conservatory of Music in the USA, will showcase his talent alongside guitarist Eric Chong, drummer Jon Bernard, keyboardist Barnaby Lu, and harmonica player Gordon Lee, performing a meticulously arranged set of original jazz music. On 11th November, local rock band Diamond 6 will take the stage, and the four-piece band eli will join forces with veteran singer-songwriter Seasons Lee, known for his unique and captivating guitar performance techniques that promise to ignite musical sparks like no other.
