25th January 2021 – (Hong Kong) The latest makeover of the pier wall in Tsim Sha Tsui is finally completed. The wall mural features some of Hong Kong’s most iconic landmarks along Victoria Harbour such as Two International Finance Centre, Hong Kong Observation Wheel and popular public transport. It brings a vivid splash of colour to the historic Star Ferry Pier.
Local artist Jane Lee (also known as “Messy Desk”) has unveiled her latest masterpiece at the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui. Inspired by Hong Kong’s skyline and blended with imaginations, this colourful wall is sure to delight everyone taking the ferry ride across Victoria Harbour.
Who has not played hopscotch? Chocolate Rain character Dino brings back childhood joy. It’s part of the makeover turning the nondescript former Wan Chai PCWA along the harbourfront promenade into a childhood dreamland.
A shaft of sunlight gently falls on the longest harbourfront promenade along the Hong Kong Island shore of Victoria Harbour. Together with the spectacular views, Chocolate Rain cartoon installations enhance the experience for people strolling along the harbourfront.
