3rd July 2024 – (Hong Kong) Despite Hong Kong having over 7,400 charging stations, as of January 2024, the total number of electric vehicles in the city stood at 79,580. This means that there are roughly ten cars competing for one charging station, highlighting the significant gap between the number of charging stations and the increasing number of EVs. To address the diverse charging needs of different EV brands, an increasing number of charging stations have been established, in addition to Tesla’s own dedicated Supercharger network.
