Ticket holders of MIRROR concert can either apply for full refund or exchange for tickets for future performances

15th August 2022 – (Hong Kong) The popular boy group MIRROR had a serious accident which resulted in the injuries of 2 dancers on the 28th of the month. Many fans were dissatisfied with the organisers, MakerVille and Music Nation Group over the ticket refund arrangements.

Music Nation Group announced earlier that it has cancelled the remaining performances, and latest refund and exchange arrangements were announced. All ticket holders who purchased tickets through Urbtix City Ticketing Network, Cityline or directly through the organisers (Music Nation Productions Company Limited and MakerVille Company Limited) may apply for a) refund from 15th September, 2022 to 14th September 2023. The refund amount will be calculated in Hong Kong dollars according to the face value of the ticket, and will be refunded together with the handling fee of the ticketing website platform or the ticket purchase administrative fee or b) Keep the complete and valid concert tickets in exchange for tickets of the same face value for designated MIRROR concerts that may be held in the future.

The organisers will announce whether the designated performance has been successfully arranged no later than 14th September, 2023. For details, please pay close attention to the announcements of Music Nation Group and MakerVille on social media.

The refund will be credited to the credit card account of the MakeALive customer who purchased the tickets within six to eight weeks, and the actual time required for the refund depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
