Three employees of MIRROR’s concert main contractor charged for conspiracy to defraud released on bail at HK$10,000 each, case adjourned to 30th March

2nd February 2023 – (Hong Kong) Three employees of main contractor, Engineering Impact Limited involved in the MIRROR concert incident last year, were charged with conspiracy to defraud. It is reported that the three are respectively serving as the project manager and technical coordinators of the company.

The case appeared for mention in the Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts today (2nd). The case has been adjourned to 30th March while the three defendants aged 41, 60 and 48 respectively have been released on HK$10,000 bail each pending hearing.

Meanwhile, in January this year, the Labour Department initiated a total of 15 prosecutions against Engineering Impact Limited, Hip Hing Loong Stage Engineering Company Limited and Studiodanz Company Limited under the relevant legislation. The Labour Department applied to the court on 17th January, 2023, for issuing the summonses, and the case has been scheduled for fresh hearing at the Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts on 27th March.
