Tesla driver brutally slashed in Tsz Ching Estate carpark, suspect flees the scene in private vehicle

11th December 2023 – (Hong Kong) A residential area in Hong Kong, a man was brutally attacked and left injured by an assailant in Tsz Wan Shan. The incident occurred at approximately 8.15pm today. The victim, a male, promptly reported the incident to the local authorities, recounting how he was attacked and injured by another man in Tsz Ching Estate Phase 2 Carpark. The assailant, after committing the violent act, quickly fled the scene in a private vehicle.

Emergency responders swiftly arrived at the location and provided immediate medical attention to the victim, estimated to be around 30 years old, by dressing his wounds. Subsequently, the victim was transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment. Meanwhile, law enforcement officers initiated an investigation at the crime scene and are currently in pursuit of the suspect involved. Preliminary information suggests that the suspect is approximately 30 years old and was wearing dark-coloured clothing at the time of the incident.

According to eyewitnesses, the victim had parked his white Tesla vehicle on the second floor of the carpark. As he was walking towards the elevator, he was suddenly ambushed and attacked, sustaining knife wounds to both hands. The police, upon arrival, discovered traces of blood in the stairwell of the carpark, indicating that the victim may have made his way down from the second floor, leaving a trail of blood, before seeking assistance from the nearby streets.
