25th September 2023 – (Hong Kong) The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has announced the temporary closure of Sha Tin Sports Ground in Sha Tin District, starting from 3rd October, 2023, until 30th June, 2024, for essential refurbishment works. This decision aims to enhance the facilities and ensure a better experience for users.
During the closure period, members of the public are encouraged to utilise the facilities available at Ma On Shan Sports Ground, which is situated in the same district. The Ma On Shan Sports Ground offers a range of amenities and sports facilities for the public’s enjoyment.
