17th July 2026 – (Hong Kong) Taobao Hong Kong’s first bricks‑and‑mortar outlet, PapaHome, has announced that its flagship store in Tsim Sha Tsui will relocate to Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay this October. The new premises will span more than 35,000 square feet across two floors, more than doubling the usable space of the existing store, and will incorporate food and beverage offerings as part of an upgraded retail concept.
The forthcoming Causeway Bay flagship will feature a dedicated home aesthetics showroom and provide comprehensive furniture customisation, interior design and renovation services. In addition to its core furnishings business, the store will introduce a PapaCafe, alongside zones for beauty and wellness products, floral arrangements and lifestyle accessories, with regular community workshops planned to enhance customer engagement.
Chief executive Wong Tat‑ho said the brand had successfully entered the Hong Kong market through its “experience first, purchase later” approach, describing the relocation as a strategic upgrade. He noted that the move would not only place the brand in one of the city’s prime traditional retail districts but also expand its retail footprint by more than double.
PapaHome’s current flagship opened in February 2025 on the second floor of China Hong Kong City in Tsim Sha Tsui. The launch attracted large crowds, with queues forming early and entry being cut off 90 minutes before closing on the first day. The venture also drew investment from entertainer and entrepreneur Jackson Wang, who became a shareholder and strategic investor through his company TEAM HOLDING. Market sources had previously indicated in May 2025 that PapaHome planned to open a second branch in Causeway Bay in the fourth quarter of that year, with a lease reportedly signed, although no additional outlet materialised and the company has now confirmed the flagship relocation instead.
