14th March 2023 – (Hong Kong) Spanish artist Edgar Plans scores big with his latest exhibition at Hong Kong’s K11 Art Mall. From 15th March to 7th May 2023, ‘Game On’, the city’s first outdoor basketball-themed street art exhibition, will feature the colossal sculptures of Plans’ famous ‘Little Heroes’ characters.

‘Game On’ showcases Plan’s raw, playful and cartoonish visuals, with intuitive imagery that’s a colourful and vibrant palette of doodle aesthetics, evoking a sense of childlike wonder, inspiring us to believe we can be whoever we want to be.

The exhibition is designed to resemble a basketball court, with the mouse-eared, big-eyed 3-metre-tall ‘Little Heroes’ striking ‘fight-or-flight’ poses as if they’re keeping the ball in motion, paying tribute to NBA players and fans of the game. Visitors can also purchase an assortment of clothing, accessories, and figurines, including the global debut of Edgar Plans x NBA75 “ILOVETHIS GAME” badge set and Edgar x Wilson basketball. Additionally, they can add to their art collection the worldwide exclusive basketball ‘Little Heroes’ blind box figure.

Don’t miss this slam dunk of an exhibition that captures the fun, energy, and spirit of basketball in a unique and artistic way. Come and experience the creativity of Edgar Plans at ‘Game On’, only at K11 Art Mall.

The exhibition will run from 10am to 10pm and will be located at the K11 Art Mall Piazza outdoor plaza and adjacent underground atrium (18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui). Admission to the exhibition is free.

Meanwhile, on 23rd March, from 4pm to 6pm, an exclusive meet and greet session with Edgar Plans will take place. This event is a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the creator of the famous ‘Little Heroes’ characters and learn about his creative process.
