The video, which was first reported by a TVB Scoop program, appears to show a woman in a white shirt leaning against a man with glasses. The woman then reaches down towards the man’s crotch area, which is covered by two bags, and allegedly engages in a sexual act with him. Although the man’s lower body is covered, the bags can be seen moving, indicating that the woman is allegedly masturbating him. The woman appears to close her eyes and leans on the man’s shoulder for most of the video, occasionally adjusting her position and continuing the alleged sexual act. The man appears to be enjoying himself during the act.
The incident reportedly took place inside a subway train in Shanghai, although the background noise and images do not resemble those of the city. After the video was uploaded to the internet, it quickly went viral, sparking outrage and discussion among netizens. Many criticised the couple’s alleged behaviour, with some calling it “disgusting” and “shameless.” Some also expressed concern that such behaviour could take place in public spaces.
Shanghai Metro authorities released a statement condemning the couple’s behaviour, calling it a violation of public decency and a breach of the subway’s code of conduct. The authorities also urged passengers to behave in a civilised manner and respect public order.
