10th September 2019 – (Hong Kong) The new Sephora store at IFC mall which opened on 3rd September represents the global beauty retail brand’s current focus on creating a phygital experience – merging the physical and digital points of engagement with customers.
In Hong Kong and Asia in general, the store will focus more on colour cosmetics as Asian women tend to use more skincare products than their European counterparts.
The Sephora store in IFC mall contains probably the “the most extensive brand portfolio in the market”. At least 40 new brands have made their debut in the Hong Kong store. Sephora took over half of the space previously occupied of ZARA in IFC mall.
