The move follows the late‑August arrests of two managers connected to the chain — a 42‑year‑old man and a 25‑year‑old woman — who were later released on bail. Customs earlier said six complainants had alleged losses ranging from HK$1,800 to HK$100,000 under suspected unfair trade practices. Local media have identified Sayles Retail as the distributor operating Opatra‑branded outlets in the city. The investigation is continuing.
