Rock climber injures his head at Suicide Cliff


18th October 2020 – (Hong Kong) At 10 o’clock in the morning today (18th), when a man was rock climbing on the “Suicide Cliff” at Kowloon Peak, he accidentally injured his head. Other hikers who saw him called the police for help.

The police and firefighters responded to the report and launched a rescue operation immediately. Due to the critical terrain and narrow location, the Government Flying Service was called to assist. The injured victim was then lifted awake to the apron in Wan Chai before being taken to Ruttonjee Hospital by ambulance.
