Police appeal for information on missing 29-year-old man in Tseung Kwan O

25th May 2023 – (Hong Kong) The Hong Kong Police have appealed to the public for information on a missing man in Tseung Kwan O. Heung Man-ki, aged 29, went missing on 23rd May after leaving his residence in Ming Tak Estate. His family reported him missing to the police on 24th May.

Heung is approximately 1.7 metres tall, 63 kilograms in weight, and of thin build. He has a long face with yellow complexion and short black hair. He was last seen wearing an orange jacket, black shorts, black socks, and slippers, carrying an umbrella and a red plastic bag.

The police have urged anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him to contact the Regional Missing Persons Unit of Kowloon East on 3661 0361 or 9886 0060. Alternatively, they can email [email protected] or contact any police station.
