One confirmed COVID-19 case found during lockdown testing at Block 2, Hoi Tak Gardens, sources

14th January 2022 – (Hong Kong) About 380 residents at Block 1, J C Place  were tested yesterday and no new confirmed COVID-19 cases were found.

In addition, Block 2, Hoi Tak Gardens, 13-17 Wing Fat Lane, Tuen Mun was also under lockdown testing yesterday.

The operation has not yet been lifted. It is reported that one confirmed COVID-19 case has been found, and the patient must be sent to the hospital for re-examination.

The new preliminary COVID-19 case reported yesterday involves a part-time 21-year-old nurse who works at JP Partners Medical Group in Tuen Mun. She lives in Hoi Tak Gardens. She was in contact with the son of the owner of Tung Ah Dispensary in H.A.N.D.S during consultation earlier. On 3rd January, she followed a doctor to see a COVID-19 infected patient in the clinic in Gold Coast. She is also a nursing student at the School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Baptist University.
