29th September 2026 – (Hong Kong) Yuexiu Property has released the first price list for The Atlas I at Tung Yuen Street in Yau Tong, putting 128 flats on offer with one-bedroom entry from HK$3.7594 million after discounts and a discounted average of about HK$13,988 per square foot.

Li Ga, general manager of Yuexiu Property (Hong Kong), called the opening list a “sincere win-win price”, saying the figures reflected the project’s quality, its waterfront setting and the estate’s facilities. The developer, listed as stock code 00123, is bringing the waterfront scheme to market under the Atlas brand, with this first sheet confined to Towers 3 and 5.

The batch mixes 78 one-bedroom and 50 two-bedroom homes. Saleable areas span 285 to 497 square feet, so the list is weighted to compact layouts rather than large family flats. Buyers can choose from four payment methods, and the deepest cut reaches 18 per cent. After those discounts, asking prices run from HK$3.7594 million to HK$7.1101 million, while discounted unit rates stretch from about HK$13,008 to about HK$15,423 per square foot — a spread of more than HK$2,400 a foot between the cheapest and dearest nets on the sheet.

The cheapest one-bedroom is Flat E on the third floor of Tower 3. It measures 289 square feet and works out at about HK$13,008 per square foot once discounted, matching the bottom of the published range. The cheapest two-bedroom is Flat C on the same floor of Tower 3, at 429 square feet for HK$5.6901 million after discount, or about HK$13,264 per square foot. Both entry tickets sit on the third floor of Tower 3, giving shoppers a direct like-for-like step from a sub-HK$4 million one-bed into a mid-HK$5 million two-bed on the same plate.

Chung Hin-tang, Yuexiu Property (Hong Kong)’s sales and marketing director, said the project has so far drawn more than 6,000 inquiries. Callers include office workers and branch households already living in the district, a mix that tracks the one- and two-bedroom weighting on the first list. Show flats will open to the public on Wednesday, 30th September. Ticket collection starts on Thursday, 1st October, and the first sales round could begin as early as next week.

That timetable packs three beats into a few days: prices out today, public viewing tomorrow, and ballots from Thursday, with a possible first release inside the following week. For intending buyers among the 6,000-plus inquirers, the sheet already sets the ladder — one-beds from HK$3.7594 million, two-beds from HK$5.6901 million, a discounted average near HK$13,988 a foot, and an 18 per cent discount ceiling across four payment paths — before anyone queues for a ticket.
