14th April 2022 – (Hong Kong) Ocean Park is ready to make its comeback on 21st April 2022 and welcome visitors to celebrate the Park’s 45th anniversary together with exclusive offers and exciting activities. Get your electronic devices ready as online reservation for Park visits and ticket sale will open at 6pm on 14th April.

In anticipation of the returning of visitors, the Park has prepared the Reopening All Day Package Ticket at HK$360 for adults and HK$216 for children inclusive of a HK$30 retail e-cash voucher, which will be available from 21st April to 30th June 2022, offering visitors unlimited same-day access to all attractions and thrill rides in The Waterfront and The Summit.
What’s more, to celebrate the Park’s 45th anniversary, Ocean Park is offering a special promotion for local citizens. From 21 April to 30 June 2022, HKID card holders with the digit “45” in consecutive on their HKID cards can enjoy 50% discount on admission and a HK$30 retail e-cash voucher; for those who have either digit “4” or “5” on their HKID cards can enjoy 20% discount on admission and a HK$30 retail e-cash voucher.
A bevy of exciting experiences ready to welcome visitors back
After the long break, Ocean Park has prepared park-wide decorations and special activities for friends and families to enjoy the nature and meet our animal ambassadors in person! Come make a wish for good health at the beautifully decorated Pond of Blessing at Aqua City. A 6-metre-tall giant inflatable tiger and various delightful photo spots are awaiting visitors at The Waterfront for some instagrammable photo moments. Help produce a strong and cheerful beat on the drums to usher with a bang. Couples don’t forget to visit The Summit of love and its wonderous ocean of romantic locks at the Peach Blossom Alley.
Visitors who miss the Park’s animal friends don’t miss out the Get Closer to the Animals programmes, including the newly launched Coral Fish Feeding programme at Grand Aquarium starting from 22 April 2022.
Children don’t forget to visit the interactive multimedia attraction — Explorer R to challenge themselves and explore the nature through immersive learning. Visitors can extend the exploration time from 45 minutes to 60 minutes by simply posting a photo of Explorer R and tagging Ocean Park on Instagram or Facebook.
Starry Summit Glamping is also making its COMEBACK!
If a day of quality time with friends and families at Ocean Park is not enough, check out the all-time-favourite Starry Summit Glamping for a more memorable journey at the Park from 21st April to 22nd May! Enjoy a sweet moment in nature under the starry sky, meet with the capybara, macaw and sealion up close, explore South Pole Spectacular after the night falls to see what the penguins do at night-time, and immerse in various exciting programmes. Reservation will be available from 6pm on 14 April, check your schedules in advance and be ready to book up a session!
Keeping the safety of everyone in check
To ensure the safety of all guests, staff and animal ambassadors, the Park will practise stringent hygiene and social distancing measures throughout all in-park facilities and for all Get Closer to the Animals programmes. All staff are also required to conduct rapid antigen test during the reopening period to ensure they are tested negative for COVID-19 before they report duty every day.
