3rd August 2019 – (Hong Kong) Motorino throws pizza making parties every first Saturday of the month at the Wan Chai location. The popular parties allow guests to learn a new skill in a sociable and relaxed setting.

Guests are greeted with wine and antipasti before suiting up in their custom Motorino aprons. The chef gives a hands-on lesson and guests create their own Neapolitan pies from tossing the dough to getting inventive with high-quality traditional Italian toppings such as soppressata, creamy fior di latte and San Marzano tomatoes. The pies are then baked in the custom Stefano Ferrara oven at an extremely high temperature resulting in a malleable pizza that is soft on the inside and slightly charred on the outside.

The event is $248 per person plus 10 percent service charge and includes antipasti, pizza and free-flow Peroni. Additionally, guests may add three hours of free-flow prosecco or wine for $58.
