7th July 2022 – (Hong Kong) The results of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) were released yesterday (6th). There were a total of 93 students who attained perfect scorers in Hong Kong. Among them, 36 students from 7 secondary schools under the English Schools Foundation have achieved a perfect score of 45 points, and 62 students were in the second place.
Some top students were admitted to the Law Department of the University of Hong Kong and the University of Cambridge, but they believed that the overseas courses were more in-depth and perfect, so they chose to study abroad. The CEO of English Schools Foundation, Belinda Greer, said that she was delighted with the outstanding performance of this year’s students. Despite the challenging environment in Hong Kong in the past few years, the students still worked hard and showed resilience and perseverance. Among the 36 top students with perfect scores, only about 14 chose to continue to study in the local area, and 11 of them chose to study medicine at the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University.
