2nd June 2023 – (Hong Kong) For 48 years, the Mong Kok branch of the Commercial Press on Nathan Road has been quietly serving the community. It has experienced many changes over the years, but has remained a constant presence for generations of readers. In 2023, the Mong Kok branch will complete its mission and bid farewell to the community. The branch, which opened in 1975, was the third store opened by the Commercial Press in Hong Kong. For almost half a century, it has been a go-to destination for book lovers thirsty for knowledge.
In appreciation of the community’s support over the years, the Mong Kok branch has announced a farewell sale. Starting now, customers can enjoy discounts on books, stationery, and educational materials. Chinese and English books are available at 15% off for one book, and 20% off for two or more books. Stationery and other products are available at 15% off for one item, and 20% off for two or more items. Elementary school supplementary exercises are available at 5% off for one book, and 10% off for three or more books. High school teaching materials, college textbooks, and designated children’s textbooks are available at 5% off.
