31st May 2020 – (Hong Kong) The popular vegetarian eatery, Mana! has opened a new branch at 8, Staunton Street, Soho. Their soft opening hours will be between 10am-8pm (last call). Choose from their famous wholesome oven-baked ZAATAR FLATS (flatbreads) topped with a choice from 40 toppings. Customers can create their own unique Flat with all things yummy from Avocado to Zucchini or choose one of their 9 signature Flats. All their Flats are topped with Zaatar, an ancient Lebanese mixture of herbs blended with olive oil.
One must not miss their brand-new flatzza made from half-pizza and half-bread made with a gluten-friendly crust & hand-made vegan cheese.
They also have a new deli selling vegan cheese and organic beer etc.
All MANA! packaging and food scraps go into Compost. They have recently introduced the 8th version of their custom-built in-house recycling and compost bins. They turn over 4 tonnes of food scraps and all of MANA!’s compostable packaging into soil compost every month.
