23rd June 2022 – (Hong Kong) Recently, it was found that the outer wall of one of the low-rise units at Man Yuen Building at Man Wah Sun Chuen in Jordan cracked and rusted steel bars were exposed. Police officers were enclosed the area involved.

Some building inspectors believe that the site involved is in danger of collapse, and it may even lead to a “domino collapse”. It is recommended that the authorities deal with the situation as soon as possible. Frank Ho, the local district councillor pointed out that although the site involved has been included in the The District Study for Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok under Urban Renewal Authority. However, the project has not taken off yet.
