28th November 2022 – (Hong Kong) At around 8pm today, a man was suddenly assaulted by three men armed with knives on Sha Tau Kok Road (Lung Yeuk Tau) in Fanling. The injured victim managed to run to about 100 metre away from Green Code Plaza, Ma Sik Road before falling to the ground. The assailants continued to go after him before slashing him again. After succeeding, they boarded a private car and fled. Citizens found out and called the police for help.
Paramedics arrived at the scene after receiving the report. The victim suffered injuries to his hands and back, and was sent to the hospital for treatment. The police cordoned off the scene and checked CCTV footage near the crime scene to identify the perpetrators.
