2nd October 2026 – (Hong Kong) At around 1.45pm, a bald man was observed by a worker outside Innocentre on Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, apparently urinating into a roadside planter. According to the witness, the man continued to move along the shrubs while relieving himself, seemingly assuming he was unobserved.
A video taken from an elevated vantage point shows a bald man in a light blue T‑shirt anddark trousers standing close to a tiled planter beside a short flight of concrete steps. The scene includes metal railings and temporary red barriers on the adjacent pavement. The man appears to be facing the foliage with his hands positioned near his midriff.
