British pilot in 30s jumps to his death from top of Clarence Court in West Central (Updated: 6pm)


4th September 2022 – (Hong Kong) At around 1.37pm this afternoon (4th), a man was suspected of falling from Clarence Court in Shek Tong Tsui and he was found lying unconscious on the ground opposite the building. Rescue personnel arrived at the scene, but after inspection, it was confirmed that the victim had died on the spot. The police then covered his body with a tent and sealed off the scene to investigate the identity of the victim and the reason for the fall.

According to sources, the deceased was a British pilot who worked for Cathay Pacific. He left a suicide note and said that he broke up with his girlfriend. He stayed at a unit in Clarence Court for about 2 months before committing suicide.
