25th May 2022 – (Hong Kong) At about 3.30pm today (25th), the police received a report that a needle was found embedded in the seat of a double-decker KMB bus at the bus terminus on the ground floor of Nan Fung Centre, Sai Lau Kok Road, Tsuen Wan. It is reported that the KMB bus involved was No. 68M, which was travelling from Yuen Long (West) to Tsuen Wan Station at that time.

The passenger who found the needle in the seat, said that he got on the bus at Yoho Mall II and sat on the right side of the window in the third row on the upper deck, but he did not notice the needle in the seat at first. When the bus arrived at the terminal, when he was about to get off the bus, he found that a foreign object was hooked to his trousers and he was not injured.

The police arrived at the scene to investigate, and later brought the victim back to the police station for further follow-up.
