26th January 2023 – (Las Vegas) Mandopop singer Wang Leehom who was embroiled in a controversial divorce with his wife, Lee Jinylei el at the end of last year suspended his career for a while. The two are still working on their divorce proceedings in New York and Taipei. After more than 1 year of hiatus, Wang Leehom will be performing at the Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas for his show, ONE, on 28th January, 2023. This will be the singer’s first time performing in Las Vegas since his 2009 Lunar New Year concert at MGM Grand.
Despite his past popularity, the sales of tickets have been lukewarm. Even thought there are only 2 days left, the organiser is still selling tickets. The venue has a capacity of 4,703 people. In a last ditch attempt to sell out the concert, the organiser released new promotional photo of Wang Leehom in a fitted white t-shirt, wavy hair, and holding a guitar.
