10th July 2019 – (Hong Kong )In celebration of their one year anniversary in Hong Kong, Shake Shack has teamed up with The Chairman, (No.41 at World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019) in Kau U Fong, Central to create the one-of-a-kind The Chairman Shack – an all-natural Angus beef burger topped with 12-hour slow cooked caramelized onion, griddled ox tongue, pickled radish, Szechuan pepper, Chinese bean sauce, and butter lettuce.
Only 800 of The Chairman Shack (HKD$80) will be available on this Saturday, July 13th exclusively at Shake Shack Hong Kong in the ifc mall. As part of the collaboration, the limited-edition burger will be served alongside a specialty, one-day-only The Chairman Shake, which features Osmanthus and goji berry (HKD$48).
The first 100 people in line when doors open at 11AM on July 13th will receive a limited edition Shake Shack x The Chairman ornament, only available for Shack fans and is not for sale!!

The Chairman shares Shake Shack’s commitment to quality ingredients, thoughtful sourcing and supporting local communities.
This is Shake Shack’s first chef collaboration in Hong Kong following the first Hong Kong Shack opening at the ifc mall on May 1st, 2018.
