KMB and LWB bus services to remain normal during T8 signal, Star Ferry services suspended from 7.30pm


1st July 2022 – (Hong Kong) MTR bus services will be suspended three hours after Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 was issued at 7.10pm. Several ferry operators announced the suspension of services today (1st). KMB and Long Win Bus announced that the current bus services will remain normal until further notice. As Typhoon Chaba is approaching Hong Kong, Sun Ferry’s Central-Cheung Chau and Central-Mui Wo routes will be temporarily suspended. The last ferry departed at 7.20pm. The resumption time will be notified later

Star Ferry services from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai to Tsim Sha Tsui have been suspended since 7.30pm.

Meanwhile, Uber Hong Kong also suspended service and it will be resumed once the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered to No.3 signal or below.
