K-Farm Night Market in Kennedy Town presents “Playtime” theme this weekend with exciting activities and shopping experience

15th November 2023 – (Hong Kong) K-Farm Night Market in Kennedy Town continues to bring joy and unique experiences to visitors with its diverse weekly themes. After a one-week break, from 17th to 19th November, the market will focus on “playtime.” Alongside various stalls and delicious food options, attendees can enjoy free snacks, participate in handicraft workshops, play booth games, and even receive acupressure massages and blood pressure checks. Notable highlights include the “Play Right Play Mobile S3” and a game booth in a traditional Chinese opera-style theatre. Families and children should not miss out on these entertaining offerings. Additionally, there will be live performances by Synapse, a band consisting of doctors, as well as juggling acts and musical instrument performances by A Little Project Academy.

17th November: 3pm – 11 pm – Traditional Chinese Opera-style Theatre Game Booth; 6pm – 6.20pm – Dance and juggling performance by students from The Yuen Yuen Institute No. 3 Secondary School; 6.30pm – 9pm – Live performance by Synapse.

18th November: 3pm – 11pm – Traditional Chinese Opera-style Theatre Game Booth; 3pm -9pm – Play Right Play Mobile S3; 6pm -7pm – A Little Project Academy musical instrument performance (children’s songs); 7pm -9pm – Juggling performance by Leela; 9pm -9:30 pm – A Little Project Academy musical instrument performance.

19th November: 3pm -11 pm – Traditional Chinese Opera-style Theatre Game Booth; 3pm – 9pm – Play Right Play Mobile S3; “Crazy Play Party” childhood game competition; 6pm – 9pm – Live performance by Synapse.

The K-Farm Night Market, jointly organised by the Development Bureau and Rough Organisation, co-organised by SlainteHK, and strongly supported by the Harbourfront Commission, aims to provide a vibrant weekend program for Hong Kong residents. The market also offers rent-free stalls to support small businesses, as well as local food and beverage vendors and independent craft brands, thereby stimulating the local economy and tourism industry.

Each edition of the night market features 60-70 different local and international brands, offering a wide range of products, including food, local fashion, vintage designer clothes and lifestyle items. Visitors can enjoy various performances, such as singing, acrobatics, and dance, as well as indulge in free snacks, booth games, handicraft workshops, and breathtaking sunset views.

Directions:

MTR: Kennedy Town Station on the Island Line, take Exit A or C, and it’s approximately an 8-minute walk to the waterfront.

Bus: Bus terminal for routes 18, 88X, 113, and 904 at Belcher Bay Promenade.

Minibus: From Mong Kok Boundary Street to Sai Wan North Street.

Temporary Parking: Small road towards the cargo loading and unloading area on Shing Sai Road Road (near Belcher Bay Promenade’s Pet Park and Hydroponic Garden).
