HK Observatory unlikely to issue Strong Wind Signal No. 8 today, windy with heavy rain to continue this weekend

The Observatory said at 6.45am that unless the Lion Rock further strengthens significantly or takes a path closer to Hong Kong, the chance of issuing a higher tropical cyclone warning signal today is low.
