HK actor Louis Koo mocked by netizens for over-injecting Botox into face causing him to look like a wax figure

14th August 2022 – (Hong Kong) Warriors of Future  is an upcoming Hong Kong science fiction action film directed by visual effects artist Ng Yuen-fai in his directorial debut and starring Louis KooSean Lau, and Carina Lau. Having been in development for three years, the film began production on 12th February 2017 and was originally set for release in 2019. After a long delay, the film is set to open the 46th Hong Kong International Film Festival on 15th August 2022  and will theatrically released on 25th August 2022 in Hong Kong.

Louis Koo, who is both the director and actor in the movie takes his role very seriously. In addition to non-stop publicity, he recently travelled to China and he has appeared as guest in various variety shows for many times in the past few days.

Meanwhile, at the opening ceremony of the 12th Beijing International Film Festival, Koo attended the ceremony in a black suit and walked the red carpet with the helmet from the movie. However, some netizens pointed out that his face was stiff and questioned if he has injected too much Botox into his face. His good looks has been replaced with a wax face. Koo who debuted for nearly 30 years, is still an unbeaten male idol in the eyes of many fans, but now netizens have pointed out that he seems to have over-indulged in medical aesthetics, causing his face to become more and more stiff and his expression to appear unnatural, which is different from his past appearance.
