11th September 2026 – (Hong Kong) Proceedings in the High Court today continued in a case alleging that a 14‑year‑old girl had unlawful sex with five adult men over a one‑month period. The prosecution played interview footage in which the complainant described encounters with a university student she met via a social app and a firefighter. She said the student offered to help her with mathematics but insisted he would not do so for free, proposing sexual intercourse as “tuition”. She recounted going to a flat in Tsuen Wan for a short tutoring session before sexual activity occurred. She added that during the encounter he briefly changed into a university T‑shirt.

The complainant further told investigators that a firefighter, who she said knew she was underage and aware she was menstruating, arranged to meet her at a Tsuen Wan hotel. She alleged multiple acts of intercourse took place and said a non‑consensual act of anal penetration was attempted before stopping when she cried out in pain. She emphasised she had not agreed to anal intercourse.

Five defendants — identified in court as a primary school teacher aged 28, a land executive aged 33, an engineering trainee aged 24, a firefighter aged 31 and a YouTuber aged 28 — each face one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 16 and one count of indecent assault. The firefighter faces an additional count of anal intercourse without consent. Two further assault charges are brought against the YouTuber. The alleged offences occurred between 3rd May and 2nd June 2023, when the complainant was 14. The trial is scheduled to continue next week.
