30th May 2023 – (Hong Kong) At 12.51pm today, passersby on the pedestrian bridge at the intersection of Sham Mong Road, Cheung Sha Wan, and Tonkin Street West witnessed a woman attempting to jump off the bridge. The woman had climbed over the railing and appeared to be in distress. Concerned individuals quickly called for help and attempted to persuade the woman to return to safety.
Thanks to the efforts of these good Samaritans, the woman was successfully convinced to come back to a secure location. She was then examined by medical professionals and taken to the hospital for further evaluation. The reason behind the woman’s attempt to harm herself is not yet known.
