Good Samaritan gives HK$100 to homeless man who ransacks rubbish bin to look for leftover food to feed stray dogs

A homeless man was seen ransacking the rubbish bin near Shek Wu Hui, Sheung Shui this morning. Apparently, he was searching for leftover food to feed two stray dogs instead of himself.

A good Samaritan, Alan Tsang saw the incident and approached him to ask if he needed help. The homeless man responded and said that he still had 3 more stray dogs to feed and he couldn’t afford to buy any dog food. Hence, he had to continue to search for more leftover food in garbage bins.

Alan then gave him HK$100 to buy food for himself and the dogs.

We need more good Samaritans like Alan to fill Hong Kong with love and care for the less unfortunate ones.
